Your Full-Service Contractor Partner
Erosion control, hydroseeding, commercial grounds maintenance, snow removal, and site restoration — one reliable sub for every phase of your project across Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan.
What is Hydroseeding?
A Smarter Way to Establish Vegetation
Hydroseeding is a planting process that combines seed, water, fertilizer, and a protective mulch layer into a slurry, then applies it evenly across the soil using specialized equipment. The result is faster, more uniform germination than traditional seeding methods — and at a fraction of the cost of sod.
For contractors working under NPDES permits, hydroseeding is the most efficient path to permanent vegetative stabilization. It locks soil in place, reduces runoff, and meets environmental agency requirements across all four states we serve — IDEM (Indiana), Ohio EPA, KDEP (Kentucky), and EGLE (Michigan) — for post-construction site stabilization.
Hydroseeding vs. Sod
- 60% lower cost — ideal for large-acreage commercial projects
- 7–10 day germination — visible results within two weeks
- Custom seed mixes — specified to meet project and state regulatory requirements
- Erosion protection built in — mulch matrix holds soil from day one
- Works on slopes and irregular terrain — where sod can't go
Our Services
Everything Your Project Needs — One Sub
We handle erosion control, grounds maintenance, snow removal, and site restoration so you don't have to manage five different subs.
Hydroseeding
Hydraulic application of seed, fertilizer, tackifier, and fiber mulch for rapid vegetation establishment. Seed mixes matched to project specs and state requirements — IDEM, Ohio EPA, KDEP, and EGLE approved.
Silt Fence & Erosion Control
Silt fencing to state stormwater standards, erosion blankets for slopes and channels, and full BMP installation. Indiana Rule 5, Ohio CGP, Kentucky KPDES, and Michigan Part 91 compliant.
Stormwater Management
Sediment basin maintenance, inlet protection, check dams, and rock construction entrances. SWP3 compliance support from initial land disturbance through NOT filing.
Commercial Grounds Maintenance
Year-round grounds care for commercial properties, apartment complexes, office parks, and HOAs. Mowing, edging, trimming, seasonal cleanup, mulch, and bed maintenance — all under one contract.
Snow & Ice Management
Seasonal snow contracts for commercial properties, construction sites, and multi-building developments. Plowing, salting, sidewalk clearing, and documented service logs for every visit.
Site Restoration
Post-construction cleanup, final grading prep, topsoil placement, seeding, and landscape restoration. We get your site presentable for final walkthrough and owner turnover.
Why Hydroseeding?
The Advantages Are Clear
Hydroseeding delivers better results, faster timelines, and lower costs for contractors who need to stabilize sites and close out permits on schedule.
Cost-Effective
Up to 60% less than sod installation, with better long-term root establishment. The savings compound on large-acreage commercial projects.
Fast Germination
Visible growth in 7–10 days. Full establishment in 4–6 weeks. That means faster inspections and quicker NOT filings for your project.
Erosion Prevention
The fiber mulch matrix bonds to the soil surface immediately, providing erosion protection from the moment of application — even before germination.
Multi-State Compliance
Meets requirements for permanent vegetative stabilization under IDEM (IN), Ohio EPA, KDEP (KY), and EGLE (MI). We provide seed tags, application rates, and documentation for your SWP3.
